Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set higher goals each year. At the end 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second days heavy weight.
